-Machine Tool: Adopts a heavy-duty steel structure body with a water-ground worktable, featuring stable load-bearing capacity and low deformation. Equipped with 4-axis Panasonic servo motion axes, a tailstock device, and a standard electrical cabinet to ensure long-term stable operation.
-Laser: Equipped with a 6KW customized special laser and a 600μm core diameter optical fiber, delivering uniform and stable output energy.
-Laser Head: Adopts the 9 series coaxial annular powder-feeding 10KW-level high-speed laser cladding head with a modular sealed design, which effectively prevents dust from contaminating the optical path and extends the service life of lenses. It features stable and reliable operation, extremely low consumable loss, significantly improved powder utilization rate (>90%), reduced material waste, and lower processing costs.
-Powder Feeder: Equipped with a WPS200 series Ver3.0 servo-driven precision disc powder feeder, featuring high feeding accuracy and excellent uniformity. It supports single-cylinder independent powder feeding or dual-cylinder synchronous powder feeding, adapting to alloy powders of different particle sizes and materials, and ensuring a uniform and dense cladding layer.
-Control System: Equipped with a 22-inch industrial touch screen and an industrial handwheel for convenient operation and friendly interaction, suitable for complex industrial on-site operation scenarios. It is matched with our independently developed Windows-based operation control software and process system, integrating a library of mature processing parameters, enabling quick mastery even for novice operators.

The equipment is equipped with a robot manipulator with high flexibility, which can meet the processing needs of various complex working conditions and is compatible with multiple processes such as laser cladding, laser quenching and additive manufacturing. Adopting a modular design concept, it features excellent practicability, and can flexibly combine structures according to the processing characteristics of workpieces to accurately match different process scenarios. Equipped with a self-developed laser cladding head, powder feeder and process software system, it ensures high-speed, efficient and high-quality production and processing.

> Overview
1. Full Process Coverage, Integrated Internal & External Processing. It can simultaneously realize high-speed outer wall cladding repair and inner wall cladding repair of workpieces, completing processing without replacing equipment.
2. Multiple Coating Specifications, Adjustable Thickness. It supports thin-coating cladding (0.15-0.5mm), thick-coating cladding (0.5-2mm) and multi-layer cladding processes. The thickness of the cladding layer can be adjusted according to the actual application scenario of the workpiece, fully meeting the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other performance requirements under different working conditions.
3. High Material Utilization, Low Loss and Comprehensive Cost. The material utilization rate exceeds 90% and the surface of the cladding layer is flat, which can be directly subjected to grinding and polishing finishing. The comprehensive processing cost is only 1/3 of that of traditional cladding processes, greatly reducing the production cost of enterprises.

-Linear Motion Machine Tool: Adopts aluminum alloy profile base frame matched with linear modules and Panasonic servo motors, featuring stable and precise operation.
-Rotary Shaft: Equipped with servo motor, RV reducer, self-centering three-jaw chuck, matched with CW6180B model supporting tailstock. The maximum clamping diameter is 400mm, and the load capacity is 1000KG.
-Laser: Equipped with a customized fiber laser with a core diameter of 600um and power of 6kw, providing a solid guarantee for the consistency of the cladding process.
-Chiller: Adopts a dual-temperature dual-control laser-specific chiller, which can effectively ensure the long-term stable operation of the laser and laser head.
-Laser Head: Equipped with independently developed 9 series and ID1 series products, which can flexibly adapt to the processing needs of inner and outer walls as well as workpieces of different shapes, greatly improving process adaptability.
-Powder Feeder: Adopts independently developed WPS200 series Ver 3.0, with uniform and stable powder feeding, ensuring the consistency of cladding quality from the source.
-Control System: The operation control panel adopts a 22-inch industrial touch screen, realizing the coordinated linkage of each motion axis, laser and other components through a bus-type control card. The software is a dedicated system software independently developed by our company based on Windows, featuring a user-friendly interface and easy operation. It also integrates intelligent programming and process library functions to simplify the operation process.
